Established in March 2021, United by 2022’s mission is to maintain the momentum of the Games across the whole of the West Midlands.

United by 2022 will be the active glue, using the Games to bring people and organisations together to collaborate and learn from each other.
Using the Games legacy to lower barriers such as the cost of living crisis and the post-Covid economic difficulties which prevent people from taking part.
Maintain the momentum, share the stories and impact from the Games and promote Birmingham as the West Midlands as a great place to hold other major events.
